What do I get with Stood CRM “Free Trial“ and where is it installed? We setup a dedicated project on our Google Cloud that acts as a private container to your Stood CRM experience. As soon as the deployment is released you are able to keep it where it is and use it for 14 days or to move it to your own tenant in seconds. The associated database is dedicated to you, you have full access and ownership from day 1.

What happens at the end of a free trial? You own the installed version, it’s open-source, it runs on your Cloud tenant, for an unlimited number of users. You can optionally subscribe to our service packs that include support, advisory and automatic updates of any new release.

How do you sustain a model without license fees? First we are born from a new wave of GenAI capabilities that make us build, deploy, test and maintain software at a 10x speed. Second it runs on your GCP tenant which guarantees highest performance and security levels, is far cheaper and easier than trying to scale it “as-a-service”. Then we don’t value the code itself as it’s open-source, we value the services only (advisory, feature sponsorship, 24h support…), building a long term relationship with each customer.

What if I already have a CRM? That’s great. Then we’ll start by looking together at the level of complexity, the costing and the use cases that it supports. Stood CRM aims at remaining focused on core elements, and let you extend it for specifics. That’s part of our services to engage pilots and value the potential of Stood before migrating part or all of your activities.

What size of Business does Stood support? Any. We have startups running with a couple of flows and leveraging on our monthly 1:1 sessions. We have enterprise-level projects with multiple teams collaborating on the platform. A startup team involves generally 1 to 5 people. An enterprise team involves generally 5 to 10 people. So the way of working is common, what changes between the two is the number of teams and flows, is some case the number of instances, and the connections to the enterprise IT ecosystem that we support with our partners. We believe that simple tools apply for any kind of Business.

How about cybersecurity? We leverage on GCP trusted layers and best practices supporting millions of apps and users. This is why running on such a PaaS matters so much, it comes with full compliance and transparency with regards to privacy and security policies. Authentication standards and backup capabilities are included.

How about AI features? We believe AI agents and platforms are not to be provided by each Software vendor. These are transverse capabilities that connect to any information system. Our role then is to provide the way to easily connect your own Agents, that is to say an MCP server that is included in all Stood releases (links 1 agent /team).
