Workspaces

Stood CRM starts from a team, a workspace, a specific context of collaboration. Within this team you'll manage a specific 4-step flow that supports your pre-sales, sales or after-sales. Your objective is to make deals, projects or opportunities progress step by step towards your custom stages.

Flows

You can create as many teams as required, and associate your colleagues to each of them. Each team has a specific flow and custom labels for all elements. The flows and associated deals, projects or opportunities (up to you to name these objects differently for your teams) are private to each. By default, Accounts and Contacts are shared across all the teams, which ensures consistency for all and prevents from duplications.

Activities

In order to move deals forward, the key is to log or plan activities such as emails, calls, meetings, tickets, requests or any todo item. This is the fuel that makes your process effective. Posts let you record any relevant insight, comment or customer feedback within each deal context.
